I have made this card using Walter the Owl and this weeks Willow Sketchie Challenge sketch.

What's cooking?
This weeks CMLI sketchie was set by Karen and the theme was 'what's cooking'. It looks like everyone has gone with baking and cakes, but I decided that I would use by BBQ Jim image from Digistamp Boutique to make a Father's Day card a bit in advance. Not sure if I will give this one to Dad or whether it will be sent by Dad to his father- depends on whether I make more Fathers' Day cards over the next 6 or so weeks.
I will also enter this into this months DigiStamp Boutique competition.

I is for Ice, Indigo and Inspiration
This weeks ABC Christmas challenge is 'I is for ice, indigo and inspiration'. (They have a picture on the challenge blog from which you have to take inspiration.) I have made my card with icy blues, Christmas trees (inspired by the picture) and an indigo button. I will also enter this card into this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday (sketch- it is their 99th week- watch out next week for the 100th sketch celebrations!) and Digi Doodle Shops Best (anything goes).
Fun and Games
This weeks Pollycraft Monday challenge was the theme 'fun and games'. I have used one of the Slides and Swings images to make this card (first time I have used this image and it was great to work with). I will also enter the card into this weeks CES (spring), Pear Tree Designs (colourful) and Digi Doodle Shop's Best (anything goes) challenges.

Fluffy Wabbit
I just love this image from the Cogs and Critters range from Pollycraft and wanted to make another Easter card with it after going home last weekend and picking up some Easter papers which I had there. (OK it is a bit late for this year, but I can keep it for next year.) The card didn't really turn out the way I wanted it to, but never mind.
I will enter it into this weeks CES challenge (spring), Pear Tree Designs (colourful) and CMLI themed challenge (chocolate).

Bella and Oscar get Wed
I have finally got round to using this super image from Digistamp Boutique that I won a few weeks ago to make a wedding card. (I don't know anyone getting married this summer, but will have to ask my friends if they need any wedding cards- last year I had to make a steady supply for them (I enjoy it :).)
I followed the sketch from this weeks CMLI sketchie set by GDT Clare (with the theme of 'rock chick'- hence the metal and metallic embellishments). I will also enter the card into this weeks Passion for Promarkers (white on white) and DCD (weddings) challenges.

300th blog post!!!
Well, I have made it to my 300th blog post! Since I entered the I love Promarkers challenge on my 1st, 100th and 200th post, I have to keep up with the pattern and enter it again for my 300th post! This is another special card for a friend who is 30 tomorrow. I think I might have picked up the idea of the bunting over the gap in the step card from birthday blog hop on ILPMs a few months ago and so thankyou for the inspiration.
Boating 30th Birthday card
I keep meaning to post these cards on my blog. I made them a while ago, but couldn't post them at the time because I didn't want the recipients to see them. This card was for my friend who likes sailing, for her 30th birthday. I made a 'star' card, which took a LOT of time! Hope you like the details. I will enter this card into this weeks I love Promarkers challenge (anything goes). Many thanks to Lauren for sending me the images.

Willow Sketchie Challenge
The Willow Sketchie Challenge has started up again this week and I thought I would join in since I had a bit of time today. I have made this card with a Willow Designs image and papers following the sketch set this week.
Linda fairy
This is a card I made today for this weeks Stampfairy challenge using my my Stampfairy image- Linda fairy. The theme for this weeks challenge was girly. I'm not too good with girly cards and so am not entirely happy with the result, but it is good to try things out of your comfort zone once in a while. I will also enter the card into this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge.
Vintage Ronnie #2
This is a second card I have made using the Vintage Ronnie image from Pollycraft. I have followed the sketch and theme of this weeks Pollycraft challenge for this card and will also enter it into this weeks I love Promarkers challange (anything goes).

Vintage Ronnie
Last week Paula from Pollycraft released a new Ronnie image in memory of Emma's father to help her raise money for YAA. It is a super image and a great cause. This is the first card I have made (another is on the way). I have followed the sketch for this weeks CES challenge. (More details of how to buy Vintage Ronnie are on the CES blog.)

Another Easter card
This weeks CMLI challenge was a little bit different. In stead of setting a sketch the DT announced on Saturday morning that whoever made the first card and posted it would set the sketch for the week. I rushed to finish the H is for Hotspot card but was pipped to the post by Debs who made a really cute LOTV card. I used her sketch to make this last minute Easter card (which has subsequently gone straight in the post). (I have to admit that I only found out after making the card that the theme Debs had choosen was 'dreams' and so this really doesn't go for the challenge, but I needed the card.)
I will also enter this card into this weeks Pollycraft challenge (Easter) and DCD challenge (Easter).

H is for hotspot
This weeks ABC Christmas challenge is 'H is for Hotspot'. I had never seen this technique before but they have a good tutorial along with the challenge to help you use it. I will also enter the card into this weeks Passion for Promarkers challenge (make your own embellishments - I made the flower from little die-cut hearts stuck together) and Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge (sketch).

Fluffy Easter
I just had to make an Easter card with this image after buying it a while ago now. Pollycraft's Cogs and Critters range are one of my favourites and Fluffy with a chocolate Easter egg is no exception. Several of the Pollycraft DT have done a much more inspired job at making cards with this image than me, so check them out. I will also enter this card into this weeks DCD challange (Easter). As a quickie, Paula has drawn another Ronnie image (Vintage Ronnie) which is being sold in memory of Emma's father. Please help Emma reach her £1000 fundraising target by making a purchase here.

Bunny Easter
This is another Easter card I have been making this week. I have used a super LOTV image that I saved from an image swap on CB this time last year- thankyou Andy for sending it. I will enter the card into this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge (sketch), I love Promarkers challenge (Easter) and Passion for Promarkers challenge (yellow and pink).

Beary birthday
I quickly finished this card this morning so that I could enter it into this weeks Stampfairy Challenge (sketch). I think I will give the card to my brother for his birthday in May- I know it is a little early to make it, but always best to be prepared I find! (Sorry that the GA on Lenny's nose hasn't quite dried in the photo.)

April Showers
This weeks CMLI sketchie was set by Rosie and the theme was April showers. I used this Pink Petticoat little chicks image along with some Co-ordinations whitewash cardstock which I embossed to make this card. I will also enter it into this weeks Passion for Promarkers challenge (pink and yellow- I know there is only a little bit of pink on the image but there is a lot of yellow, hope this is OK).
Spring Ducks
This weeks Pollycraft challenge is to use an old favourite or neglected image. I have chosen to print out this duck parade image which I haven't used since last spring. I just think it is a super image for Easter, especially since where I live at the moment I am surrounded by ducks and geese all the time (and boy are they making a lot of noise at the moment!). I haven't seen any little ducklings yet, but being a university campus I expect the mother ducks keep their offspring well sheltered until they are old enough to face the world.I will also enter this card into this weeks Pear Tree Designs challenge (sketch) and I love Promarkers challenge (Easter). Some pictures of the real ducks!

Digistamp Boutique April Giveaway
Digistamp Boutique are offering the chance to win this image and a voucher to spend in their shop for April. I was very lucky to be one of the winners for March. I'm now spoilt for choice as to which images to get!
Easter chicks
This is one of the Easter cards I have been making recently (more to follow!). I have used a Pink Petticoat image for this one.I will enter this into this weeks I love Promarkers challenge (Easter) and Passion for Promarkers challenge (pink and yellow).

G is for Girly
This weeks ABC Christmas challenge is 'G is for girly' and to make a project using the colours pink, purple or silver. I have used all three colours on my card with a Pollycraft image I bought a while ago and not yet used. I'm not really a 'girly' person and so I hope my card is a little bit girly, even if it isn't really, really girly.I will also enter this card into this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge (sketch) and I love Promarkers challenge (emboss it).
