Thanks

You can never have too many thankyou cards!  I was inspired by Deb's challenge for January on CMLI (noughts and crosses) to make this card.  I will also enter it into this weeks MAWTT (thankyou), Sweet Sketch Wednesday (sketch) and Willow Sketchie (anything goes) challenges.

Baby Boy

So many 'new' challenges out there this week.  I don't actually know anyone due to have a baby in the near future but thought I would make a card with this cute image that was given to me by Debs- thanks!
I will enter the card into this weeks Cute Card Thursday (something new), Passion for Promarkers (something new), Willow Sketchie (anything goes) and Sweet Sketch Wednesday (sketch) as well as this months Ready Teddy Go (something new) challenges.

Bright Birthday Wishes

I made this little birthday card yesterday using up a Pollycraft image that I printed off the other day.  I will enter the card into this weeks Willow Sketchie challenge (sketch and/or anything goes).

Engagement!

My friend text me on Boxing Day to say that she had just got engaged!!!  That called for a card:

Happy Anniversary

This is the a card I made yesterday and finished off just now in a quiet moment for my Grandparent's 65th Wedding Anniversary.  I will enter it into this weeks Passion for Promarkers ('happy') and Willow Sketchie (sketch) challenges.

Daisy Chains

I could really do with making a few more birthday cards for the first few months of next year.  Having said that I seemed to have spent today making every other card except a birthday card... ho hum...  This is the only one I did make.  Again I have gone CAS.  I'm quite pleased with this one for a change.
I will enter this into this months Ready Teddy Go (CAS) challenge and this weeks Willow Sketchie challenge (theme: quick makes).

Christmas Tree

This is another stamped image which was given to me by Debs- thanks so much.  I was inspired to use it this weekend after receiving my Christmas card from her where she had used the image: it was such a amazingly stylish card!  I think I failed to live up to Deb's standard but this is my attempt:
I will enter it into this weeks ABC Christmas ('Y'our favourite die/punch: my oval nesties) and Willow Sketchie (theme: quick makes) challenges.

CAS FF card

I'm not much good at CAS cards but every now and again I like to have a go at making one.  This is using a Forever Friends image that I was given.  I will enter the card into this weeks ABC Christmas ('Y'our favourite die- my oval nesties) and Willow Sketchie (theme- quick makes) challenges and this months Ready Teddy Go challenge (CAS).

I will enter the card into this weeks Cute Card Thursday (red and green), I love Promarkers (anything goes) ABC Christmas (X- faux x-stitch across the border paper in the middle of the card) and Willow Sketchie (sketch) challenges.

Putting up the tree

Have you put your tree up yet?  We haven't.  Mum says we might do it next weekend.  I love this DigiStamp Boutique image of Percy the penguin dragging the tree home to decorate.
I will enter this card into this weeks ABC Christmas ('X'), I love Promarkers (anything goes), MAWTT (twine, tree and turquoise) and Willow Sketchie (sketch) challenges.

Still on my mission of making birthday and special cards for next year I made this 60th card for a friend.  I will enter it into this weeks Willow Sketchie challenge (sketch).

Birthday Winston

Another birthday card to add to my stash for next year:

This uses a Digistamp Boutique image (Winston the Owl).  I will also enter the card into this weeks Willow Sketchie challenge (sketch and favourite colouring medium- Promarkers).

Party!

I bought some new papers last week from the Glitter Pot Sale and so was itching to use them.  This is a card I made today:

I will enter this into this weeks Willow Sketchie (sketch and fav. colouring medium- promarkers) challenge.

A special anniversary

I have to make two special anniversary cards  for January- one for my Grandparents (65th) and one for my Aunt and Uncle (40th). I bought a stamp from eBay but it hasn't come yet and so I went and bought another stamp on Saturday...  (well I wanted both anyway ;-)).  This is for my Aunt and Uncle.  I will enter the card into this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday (sketch) and Willow Sketchie (favourite colouring medium- Promarkers) challenges.

Thanks a bunch

I just love the Lily of the Valley cat images.  I made this card using this weeks sketch from Willow Sketchie challenge.

Music Monster

It's a friend's birthday soon and he has just recently moved to Australia and so I needed to make a fairly flat/light card.  I still think this would be better with a bit of dimension, but....
I love these images and just had to get them from Digistamp Boutique.  I will enter the card into this weeks Willow Sketchie (sketch) challenge.

Carols at Christmas

Carol singing owls!  I have used a Willow Designs image for this card.  I tried to keep it plain and simple but ended up adding the ribbon and button.
I will enter the card into this weeks ABC Christmas (vivid colours) and Willow Sketchie (sketch) challenges.

Too purple?

Purple is my cousin's daughter's (who is 18 months old) favourite colours and so I thought I'd make her a purple Christmas card.  Do you think this is too purple??
I will enter the card into this months CCAYR challenge (shaped cards/fancy folds) and this weeks I love Promarkers (cute) and Willow Sketchie (festive sparkle and shine- lots of glitter on this card!) challenge.

Glittery Christmas

I actually probably have more than enough Christmas cards for sending out this year, but I like making them and maybe I can sell a few (?)  Not sure on that one, but in an ideal world...
For this one I have used the sketch from this weeks Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge again.  I will also enter the card into this weeks I love Promarkers (Christmas), Willow Sketchie (theme- Christmas) and ABC Christmas (up to you) challenges.
