I got this idea from something someone printed off from Pinterest. The base is a polystyrene ring from hobbycraft. On top I wrapped fabric cut into strips and wool (stuck down with uhu glue which dissolved the polystyrene slightly- oops!).
The flowers are made from fabric scraps and glue. Quite pleased with the result.

This looks great Louise, shame about the effect the UHU glue had on the polystyrene - but I bet it doesn't show!
