Wristwarmers

Never made gloves or wrist warmers before. This pattern was in the Red Nose Day edition of Mollie Makes. Didn't quite agree with the pattern (unless you have GIANT hands) but after 2-3 attempts and tweaking I was quite happy with the way these worked.

Baby dragon!

I found this pattern for free on Pinterest. It is designed to be a rattle but mine is just stuffed. Quite pleased with how he turned out. Love Pinterest for inspiration :-)

another bunny!

I seem to have made a lot of crocheted rabbits! This was a pattern I found on Pinterest  for free.

Scraping the bottom of a batrel

And what do you find? Snails! Think I must be running out of things to crochet but thus pattern did look cute. Made a pair of matching booties to give as a baby present.

kitty

One of the cat patterns from my Super Cute Crochet book. Looks almost 'Hello Kitty' design, doesn't it?

Blue Owl

I downloaded and printed this Woolytoons free pattern months ago. Not sure I got all the shaping right as seems to tall and not fat enough. Perhaps the imperfections make him more loveable though?

Floppy Eared Bunny

Someone gave me know this pattern. The colours weren't baby ones but the design screamed 'baby' to me. Cute pose

Made this mini bunny from the 'super cute crochet' book I got for Christmas (thanks Lauren). Quick but cute :-)

pig booties

Remember the frog booties? Well I found out some one I know had a baby girl the other day and so decided to make some pink booties using the same basic crochet pattern. Going a bit mad perhaps, I thought these just had to be made into piggies :-)

Mollie the doll

Another project from the Red Nose Day edition of Mollie Makes. This time Mollie the doll. Made using sticky backed fabric on plain muslin material (not recommended as the needle got all sticky). I stuffed her with a little lavender to give a nice scent.
Not the best sewing perhaps but still learning...

flower posies

Another project from Mollie Makes. This time the crocheted flower posy. Instead of making these into broaches I decided to make them as lavender stuffed things to put on clothes hangers.

Mouse in PJs!

I've not really ever made toys using fabric and a sewing machine before but wanted to try something different. There are some really cute patterns for mice and their clothes in the RND Mollie Makes mag. This is my first attempt. Definitely want to have another go...

Spotless cow...

... With spots! The pattern for this project was spotless. However it just didn't look right. I decided to add multi colour spots and the daisy. Really pleased with the way it turned out.
