Happy 60th II

This is the second 60th birthday card that I made this week (the first was on my blog on Tuesday).  Again I have used a LotV image (one I have had for a while this time).  A bit of a coincidence that I used LotV on both cards! 
The card follows the current Retrosketches layout.
